Barkworth Olive Groves Limited (BOGL) ACN 076 441 551 is the entity principally owned by the investors in the Barkworth Olive Projects and which owns all of the land upon which investors' olive trees are grown, together with all of the water licences totalling 9,790 megalitres per annum. BOGL owns three major properties:

• the Keetah property in New South Wales adjacent to the Queensland border comprised of seven titles totalling 1,366 hectares;
  
• the Bassano/Kingston Park property comprised of six titles totalling 1,680 hectares located in the Murumbidgee Irrigation Area near Griffith, New South Wales;
  
• the Kingsford property in South Australia of approximately 1,600 hectares.

BOGL has approximately 155,000 olive trees on behalf of Barkworth investors and oversees the farm management and the processing and marketing interests of over 3,000 investors.
