| Ken has a Diploma in Horticulture and successfully coordinates the development of the 320ha "Kingsford" olive grove. Ken started with Barkworth Olive Groves Ltd. in September 1999 as the Assistant Manager at the Kingsford Grove in South Australia. In September 2001, he was appointed Manager of the Kingsford Grove and continues in this position. Ken previously managed a large cropping and grazing operation in the South Australian Mallee region for 16 years. This has given Ken extensive experience in all aspects of farm management including financial forecasting and budgeting, staff management, farm operations, Quality Assurance and Occupational Health and Safety legislation.
