in all States. David is currently working with a number of
large scale agricultural projects within Australia. |

of the Australian Association of Agricultural Consultants and the
Australian Institute of Agricultural Science and Technology. Graham
is the Managing Director of McClymont Agricultural Services Pty Ltd, an agribusiness consulting company operating throughout Australia.

| John Haley is a Chartered
Accountant (fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants) with
over 20 years experience in taxation law and accounting (with
Coopers & Lybrand and Arthur Anderson & Co), general
management, financial reporting and company secretarial duties. He
has extensive experience in the preparation of prospectuses and has
been involved in the listing of companies in Australia and Canada.
His work experience is in a diverse range of industries including
mineral exploration, and he has participated as a seed capitalist in
a number of mineral exploration companies. He is a Director of
an ASX listed mineral development company and company secretary of a
listed mineral exploration company. |

Vladimir Belodedenko

Vladimir was previously Logistics, Quality and Engineering
Manager at The South Australian Olive Corporation in Loxton. The
position he held for the last seven years involved olive and bulk
olive oil procurement, logistics of harvesting and fruit delivery,
equipment sourcing, quality management, financial forecasting and
budgeting and managing of Inglewood Olive Oil Processing Plant. Vladimir's qualifications include Master's Degree in
Mechanical Engineering, Management courses at the Australian
Institute of Management and courses in Quality Management, including
"Olive Care Approved Supplier Program". |

Ken Schutz

| Ken has a Diploma
in Horticulture and successfully coordinates the development of the
320ha "Kingsford" olive grove. Ken
started with Barkworth Olive Groves Ltd. in September 1999 as the
Assistant Manager at the Kingsford Grove in South Australia. In
September 2001, he was appointed Manager of the Kingsford Grove and
continues in this position. Ken previously managed a large cropping
and grazing operation in the South Australian Mallee region for 16
years. This has given Ken extensive experience in all aspects of
farm management including financial forecasting and budgeting, staff
management, farm operations, Quality Assurance and Occupational
Health and Safety legislation. Having lived in the area all his life
Ken has a sound knowledge of the areas water, climate and soil
requirements. |

Wells

| Stephen was
previously Farm Manager at Colly Cotton Pty Ltd, working with 2,600ha
of irrigated cotton. He has extensive experience in all aspects of
farm management including financial forecasting and budgeting, staffing,
farm operations and occupational health and safety legislation, with
a comprehensive understanding of Department of Land and Water Conservation
licensing, regulations and operating policies and procedures. Stephen
also has practical expertise in the operation of farm machinery. |
